Somebody was just hoping that I will fill the poll form, ha! After that the urge was gone again. I'm using TABEX. My son did quiet smoking on it so I have trust in it. Plus it's herbal. No seriou sideefects. And now I can recomend it - it really helps to stop the nicotine rush. Currently I'm fighting only with my social habits. Plus I think it also has some antidepressant effect as well because I feel very positive and light. You know, everybody warns that trying to quit smoking make you grumpy. Not me! So I'm like alcoholic trying to quit now - counting hours without a cigarette. Over 36 hours now! Yay!Ann Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05989502496573493374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-258819865846405845.post-35509611780468604502012-08-19T21:05:57.144+02:002012-08-19T21:05:57.144+02:00Thanks so much for the visit. Just eat sensibly and you will not put on weight, I put on a little, but not very much. Stick with it, it is well worth the effort. I have a friend who says he is doing well with e-cigarettes what ever they may be, and he thinks he will very soon kick the habit after smoking for 45 years. Take care DianeDianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14782670749466305626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-258819865846405845.post-14204006755378922282012-08-18T15:51:37.039+02:002012-08-18T15:51:37.039+02:00Thank you! Just because of the habit. Such a silly failure. So overall today I have had 2 cigarettes so far and I do hope not to fail again. The good thing is - I had been telling myself so strongly things that the second cigarette tasted bad. I mean really BAD. So self-suggestion seems working on me.Ann Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05989502496573493374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-258819865846405845.post-82251101454226334882012-08-18T14:54:19.181+02:002012-08-18T14:54:19.181+02:00Congratulations! My ex quit smoking when our daughter was diagnosed with asthma at 8 months. It took him 3 months of weaning off of cigarettes (pack a day smoker) while using the nicotine patch. My son smokes 1/2 a pack a day. Last summer he successfully quit after spending a month with my father in the mountains. Sadly, he returned to smoking when he returned to the environment that encourages smoking. Weaning your neurotrasmitters off of nicotine is both a physical and mental effort. Using aids isn't cheating. Good luck!Orange Crumpled Napkinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04055834177618192244noreply@blogger.com
